1. Tuck point outside brick work
2. Dig drainage ditch with drainage tube installed to take water away from the west basement classroom windows
3. Check, repair/replace caulk around all windows
4. Replace music store room window on west side of building
5. Recoat the wood paneling in the gym
6. Paint the boys and girls locker rooms
7. Take down and install flag pole
8. Replace west outside basketball backboard
9. Repaint outside basketball poles and south backboard
10. Install wall pads in gym
11. Put kickboard trim in downstairs classrooms
12. Install shelving in concession stand room
13. Put Plexiglas on the front of the gym scoreboard
14. Put additional brackets to hold the gym scoreboard more securely
15. Put weather stripping around doors in gym
16. Install new door handle on west gym door
17. Rake and clean up rocks on playground area
18. Tighten all bolts on new playground equipment
19. Install new baseball backstop
20. Building a short retaining wall out of railroad ties
